Megan combines many years of real estate experience with a strong background in event management. Working across residential, commercial, marketing and office operations, she brings creativity, organisation and people-first thinking to Buxton’s Corporate events and operations. Her role helps create meaningful moments that bring the network together.

Reliability, accountability and continuous growth are values I take seriously. I pride myself on being dependable and someone people can trust to deliver. Respect, empathy and kindness are equally important to me, and I try to approach every interaction with an open mind.
Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of
I’m proud to be involved with Connor’s Run and the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation, which raises awareness and funds for brain cancer research. It puts things into perspective and shows what can happen when people come together. I’m also proud to support Geelong Venom and help raise the profile of women’s sport.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
My role brings together my real estate experience and background in event management. Working across commercial and residential real estate has given me a strong understanding of the industry and its people. Coordinating large-scale events has also taught me how to create meaningful and memorable experiences.
