As Business Technology Manager, she connects practical industry insight with digital strategy, refining systems that support the network. Outside work, Jessica enjoys time with her partner Andy, family and friends, plus tinkering with her project car.

Integrity shapes how I lead and how I approach technology. I aim to be open, honest and ethical in my decisions so real trust can be built across teams. Collaboration, accountability and continuous learning also matter to me, especially in a space where practical, customer-driven solutions need to deliver real business value.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I’ve been lucky to see the industry from many different angles. Starting as an active agent gave me a practical understanding of sales, administration, property management, business development and leadership. Moving into PropTech then allowed me to connect real business problems with technology solutions that are meaningful, usable and grounded in what teams actually need.
