What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I am from a local farming family and have always lived in the area. That long-standing connection gives me a strong understanding of the local community, the people and the practical realities of living and working across Wallan and the surrounding towns.

I believe in being honest, open and respectful. Those values guide how I communicate and how I work with both clients and colleagues. In property compliance and administration, being clear and dependable is especially important because people need to know that details are being handled properly.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
Previous roles in customer service and small business ownership helped shape the way I work today. They taught me organisation, communication and the importance of being practical and reliable. Those skills now support my work in property compliance and help me assist the team effectively.
