Bella joined the team in 2023 and now supports sales administration and advertising across the Sorrento and Flinders sales team. With strong customer service experience from luxury accommodation and tourism, plus a genuine passion for property, she brings warmth, organisation and care to vendor advertising campaigns and daily support daily.

What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?

I moved back from Queensland and chose the Mornington Peninsula because it offers the same beauty I loved in the Whitsundays, with bush hikes, coastal walks, wineries, local cafes, ocean beaches and calm bay beaches all within reach.

What do your clients commonly say you do differently?

People often say we are genuine. I think that comes through in the way we communicate, support one another and make sure each client interaction feels considered and sincere.

How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?

I began by managing short stay listings on the Mornington Peninsula, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and the local market. I have since moved into sales administration and marketing, which I’m really enjoying.
