Those values influence how I work with clients, colleagues and the team around me. Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of I’m passionate about supporting young people in sport. I donate time after hours coaching under 17 netballers at North Geelong FNC and also serve as Secretary for the club. How has your career led you to the role you’re in today? I started in the industry 16 years ago as an assistant, gaining experience across administration, property management and sales. That foundation helped me understand the whole business and shaped how I lead today.
