How has your career led to the role you’re in today?
I've always worked in roles that revolve around people. In fact, my first job was taking orders at KFC as a teenager, and looking back, every role I've had since then has been built on the same foundation—providing great customer service and helping people feel valued. That's what led me to property management. For me, the role is about much more than managing homes. It's about building relationships, earning trust and making sure people feel supported throughout their rental journey. Whether I'm working with a rental provider or a renter, I believe clear communication and genuine care make all the difference.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
One thing my clients often tell me is that I take the time to talk. I don't rush conversations, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with. Sometimes the best outcomes come from simply listening and understanding what someone needs.
What are some core values you live by?
A couple of values guide the way I work. The first is kindness. I always try to smile because you never know what someone else might be dealing with, and a little compassion can make a big difference. The second is authenticity.
