Sarah brings broad experience across property management, accounts, business management and marketing to her role as Head of Marketing. A Peninsula local, she combines strategic thinking, creativity and meticulous attention to detail to guide brand and network campaigns. Her work strengthens the client experience while keeping the business fresh and forward-thinking.

What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?

I grew up on the Mornington Peninsula and have spent time across the region, from Sorrento to Mount Eliza. After university and travel, I was naturally drawn back by the community, family connections and lifestyle.

What are some core values you live by?

Honesty and integrity sit at the core of how I work, supported by kindness and compassion. I value being transparent, reliable and considerate, because strong relationships are built on trust and mutual respect.

Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of

Supporting local CFA brigades is especially meaningful to me as a CFA member. I’ve seen the commitment of volunteers up close and understand how important their work is in protecting our community.

How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?

I began in reception and sales support before moving through property management, leadership and business management. Meeting Holly and Dave in 2022 led me to the full-time marketing role I had always hoped for.
