What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
My connection to the Peninsula runs deep, from childhood holidays through to raising my own family here. It’s a place that brings me incredible joy, and has shaped so much of my life, and that sense of belonging carries into how I support our team.

What are some core values you live by?
I lead with kindness, positivity, and a genuine commitment to supporting others. Creating a calm and uplifting environment is important to me, particularly when helping manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
