What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood? I grew up on the Peninsula and now raise my own family here. It’s a community I know well and feel connected to. What are some core values you live by? Kindness, loyalty and accountability are central to how I approach my work. Following through and doing what’s right is always important to me. How has your career led you to this role? I’ve worked across multiple areas of real estate, which has given me a strong understanding of the full process. That experience naturally led me into finance and compliance.
