What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood? I grew up in Brighton and have stayed local my entire life, with my parents still living there today. I now own and live in Mentone, which keeps me closely connected to Bayside. I value the coastal lifestyle, walking tracks and easy access to the city that make this area so appealing. What are some core values you live by? Honesty, integrity and persistence guide how I work. Past health challenges taught me the importance of resilience, staying positive and doing things properly, even when the results are not immediate. I believe consistent effort and doing the right thing lead to meaningful outcomes. How has your career led you to the role you’re in today? After completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing, I began in property marketing and campaign coordination. Moving to Buxton Hampton East allowed me to build those skills further, adapting from a print-led industry into a digital-first environment. Today, as General Manager, I support the team and help drive the business forward. Why Buxton? I chose Buxton because it is a trusted, stable brand with over 165 years of history. What stands out most is the collaboration between offices and the sense of shared achievement across the network. It gives me a strong sense of belonging and the chance to contribute to something bigger than myself.
