How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I joined Buxton in 2026 after building experience across administration, campaign management and sales marketing within the real estate industry. My earlier roles as Business Coordinator, Director’s PA, Commercial Lease Administrator and Campaign Manager gave me a strong understanding of how different parts of a campaign come together. Today, I use that experience to support marketing, client liaison and office administration across the Elwood team.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
I focus on producing high-quality work in fast-paced environments while supporting both the team and clients proactively. My role is about keeping things organised, clear and moving smoothly behind the scenes. That structure helps create a more seamless experience throughout the sales process.
