How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I began at reception, where the team recognised my potential and encouraged me to grow within the department. From there, I moved into an assistant property manager role and progressed into property management, building experience and confidence at each stage.
Take us through your most meaningful client story.
One meaningful moment was celebrating a renter’s 90th birthday with flowers, balloons and cake, alongside her friends and rental provider. It was a simple gesture, but it reflected the human side of property management and the relationships that can be built through care.
