Moving to Ballarat in 2001 to study Commerce at university, Stacey quickly fell in love with the city’s character and charm. Working in the real estate industry since 2007, she brings thorough knowledge and experience across accounts and administration, while also priding herself on her strong work ethic and attention to detail.

What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
Ballarat has been my home for more than 25 years, ever since I moved here for university and fell in love with everything the city has to offer. It’s where I met my husband, where we purchased our first home, and where we’ve chosen to raise our three children. Through local schools and community organisations, we’ve built deep connections within Ballarat and truly value its unique blend of historic charm, strong family lifestyle and ongoing regional growth.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
While my role is primarily internal, both owners and renters rely on me for accuracy and attention to detail when it comes to financial transactions and statements. I take great pride in being the person who ensures everything balances correctly and remains organised and on track.
What are some core values you live by?
My personal and professional life is guided by two key values: truthfulness and accuracy. In my role as an Accounts Manager within Property Management, these qualities help ensure every financial detail is managed with complete precision, transparency and care.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I have worked in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years, including the past five years with Buxton Ballarat. My career has always been driven by a natural affinity for numbers and a precise approach to problem-solving. Today, I’m known by my colleagues as the “accounts guru” — a title I’ve earned over time and take great pride in, particularly when helping navigate complex financial transactions with accuracy and confidence.
