What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I was born and raised in the Ballarat community and attended Damascus College, so my connection to the area runs deep. My lifestyle is very much centred around Ballarat, whether it’s visiting local cafés with my dog or spending quality time with friends and family. Having grown up here, I have a genuine appreciation for the community, lifestyle and people that make Ballarat such a great place to live.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Clients often comment on my strong communication skills and my ability to ease the stress that can come with the property process. I pride myself on delivering on every promise I make, while ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.
What are some core values you live by?
Reliability, clear and honest communication, professionalism and efficiency are values that strongly guide the way I work. I believe it’s important to be approachable while still maintaining a high standard of professionalism, and I always aim to take action quickly and effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I began my career working in hospitality and the wedding industry, which taught me how to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, stay organised in fast-paced environments and consistently deliver a high level of customer service. My transition into real estate began on reception, where I built a strong foundation in customer service, administrative processes and the day-to-day operations of a real estate office, ultimately leading me to the role I’m in today.
